Upon Arrival

After the plane landed at the Cancun international airport all passengers arriving from foreign countries first have to go through immigration, baggage claim area and finally customs. In order to avoid any confusion and make this process as quickly as possible we recommend to ask your flight attendant for a migration and customs form during your flight.

Once you have your luggage and cleared customs please exit the airport terminal in Cancun. Outside the terminal please look for one of our staff members. A representative will be waiting for you to guide you to your shuttle.

“Shuttle in Cancun” only uses modern and clean vehicles for your convenience. All vehicles are equipped with A/C and have been cleaned the night before.

Guest who ordered private transfer will see somebody showing a sign with their name. Clients who ordered a shared shuttle have to look out for our staff. They are easy to identify because they are all dressed in bright orange polo shirts and navy blue pants.

Please make sure to have your confirmation number and/or last name handy. Our representatives are obligated to verify your booking before departure. As soon as the van arrives you and other shared ride passengers will be promptly boarded.
